Information you provide
You can contact us by email, telephone and WhatsApp. The form requests your name, email, telephone number, project type and description; company name and VAT number are optional. Completed fields are included in a link that opens WhatsApp, where you finish sending the message. Do not include health data or information unrelated to your project.
Purpose and enquiry handling
We use your information to respond and take pre-contractual steps at your request under GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Providing data is optional; without suitable information and contact details we cannot follow up. Sole director, architect Gaetano Poziello, personally handles emails and chats without transferring contacts into separate address books, spreadsheets or management systems. An enquiry does not constitute consent to receive marketing.
Correspondence retention
Enquiries are retained as long as necessary to handle the contact and any negotiations; they are deleted when negotiations end without a contract. Records of commissioned work are separate from unsuccessful enquiries and subject to applicable contractual, administrative and tax obligations. Deleting our emails and chats does not automatically delete copies held by recipients or independently processed by providers.
Browsing and optional technologies
The infrastructure processes technical connection data to deliver and protect the website. The legitimate interest is service operation and security under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). Sound preferences and statistics require consent under Article 6(1)(a), which can be withdrawn on the Cookies and preferences page. Your choice is stored in the browser for 180 days unless deleted earlier. Technical-data retention depends on operational purposes, security investigations and provider terms.
Google Analytics 4
Analytics measures visits, browsing paths and contact actions after statistical consent. Retention is set to 2 months for event data and 14 months for user data; new user activity resets the latter period. These controls do not affect most standard aggregated reports. A click or opening WhatsApp does not prove that a message was sent or a contract concluded. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
Providers and transfers
Aruba provides business email; the website uses Sites and its hosting infrastructure; WhatsApp and Google Analytics provide messaging and statistics. Providers may receive data needed for their respective services, under the roles and terms described in their documentation. Linked social networks also apply their own notices when opened. International services may involve processing outside the EEA: the sources below describe adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses according to the service and transfer. Contact the controller for information about recipients and applicable safeguards.
Your rights
Where and to the extent provided by the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent where required. Write to info@innprogress.it. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante. The form does not make automated decisions having legal effects on your enquiry.
